Return Policy

Returns
All uninstalled merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be refunded within 7 calendar days of receipt (for US Continental orders) or within 14 calendar days of receipt (for International or US military installation orders) from the original invoice date. All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, i.e. Packaging intact, hair unprocessed, no produce added or wet, weft and hair length uncut etc. Customers must inform Impression Perfect Hair of any order discrepancy within 5 calendar days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. WE WILL NOT EXCEPT OR REFUND ANY MERCHANDISE THAT IS NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.

The following types of products are exempt from being returned. Packaging not intact,  processed hair, product added or wet hair, product that was worn, weft and hair length cut etc.  

Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Care and styling product
  • Any liquids

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without a proof of purchase or return number that will be provided.  After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the address provided.  

You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call {1-800-515-3031} during Impression Perfect Hair hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-3 business days. We do not take cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Although we provide a 100% hassle free return policy, considering the nature of our business here at Impression Perfect Hair we would absolutely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.
Each purchase is unique and has extenuating circumstances. Please contact us first to resolve any discrepancies. If for any reason you must return your hair purchase, we will not be responsible for any returned package lost during the shipment. All returned packages must be insured. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges.  

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within  7 days. Shipping charges and/or taxes will not be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@impressionperfecthair.com and send your item to: 1970 East Osceola Parkway, Suite 315, Kissimmee FL 34743, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned
